12. Limitation of Liability

12. Modification of Terms

13. Termination of Partnership

14. Dispute Resolution

15. Indemnification

1.1 Description: Maya Points are a virtual currency issued and managed by Maya Multipurpose Pvt Ltd. Each Maya Point is equivalent to one Nepalese Rupee (1Rs = 1 Maya Point).

1.2 Purpose: Maya Points are intended for use within the Maya application for various transactions and services, including but not limited to ride bookings, delivery services, Bus Ticketing, Food order, Flight Booking and transfers between users.

2. Maya Points Wallet

2.1 Wallet Feature: Maya Points are stored and managed within the Maya Points Wallet, a digital wallet provided to users upon registration on the Maya platform.

2.2 Wallet Services: The Maya Points Wallet allows users to:

• View their Maya Points balance.
• Initiate transactions using Maya Points for eligible services within the Maya application.
• Receive Maya Points from other users via transfers.
